QatarEnergy Refinery Laboratory

The refinery laboratory performs critical testing on feedstock, intermediate, and final products for both internal and external clients. The existing facility, located in a high-risk zone, no longer meets QP’s Corporate Criteria for occupied buildings (LSIR compliance). Due to its age, limited space, and reduced efficiency, the lab is being relocated and upgraded to meet modern safety and operational standards

This project involves a full-package scope covering all disciplines that impact indoor air quality and HVAC system efficiency, including procurement, construction, installation, and testing & commissioning.

The health centers are divided into two packages:
